Was introduced to dayday live around 2 mths ago and got hooked since then! The bags and SLGs and accessories are super pretty and good quality at reasonable prices 💕💕💕

the quality / packing/ delivery of orders are generally ok. but customers gotta pray hard that everthg is good at first point of contact. if there's a need for after sales follow up / rectification by them, you must be extremely patient and lower ur expectation of what is considered good customer service. you can be left there hanging n unsure if any action is taken or any follow up. when there's a difference in product specifications, they will not tell u n hope u din notice n accept the goods anyway.
