RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

This Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the website dayday.sg. Exchange / return is only applicable for defective items or item that is wrongly delivered.

Faulty Goods Exchange

If you receive an item that is in some way faulty, please send us photos and a detailed description of the faulty item and we will assess the given information. If we agree to approve the return, we will cover all shipping costs for the return and for providing you a new item that is the same as the one you ordered.

We do not accept any refund request back to credit card.

ITEMS CONDITIONS

Unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Also please note that due to the craftsmanship, the artisan nature of the product, and being leather a natural element, some natural variations (i.e. creases, imperfection, scars, and variations in the colour or the grain) of the leathers, are part of the characteristics of each DAYDAY Bags good, therefore we will not accept returns based on the above reasons.

Please note that we only accept returns on goods that have been not used and are in perfect brand-new condition and in the packaging they came in.

You can return by the following methods:

  1. Returns by mail via shipping service you prefer
  2. Returns by our partner Courier Door-to-door pick up (Singapore orders only)

You can arrange returns via any shipping service you preferred.
You are advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Dayday.sg will not be responsible for any lost mail.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for any loss mail.

  1. Email us at enquiry@dayday.sg first to check if a return is necessary
  2. Securely pack your merchandise and invoice in an appropriate sized poly-mailer of your choice (you may also re-use the original package if possible)
  3. Place a label with the address of our warehouse provided after contacting us on the outside of your package. Please note that as the delivery service is being engaged by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damage, defective, or the incorrect item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that your exchange item has been received and the approval or rejection of your exchange.

For the time requires for the return package to reach our facility, you would need to check with the shipping service provider that you have engaged.

If your return is being approved, a refund via store credit only will be processed within 3 business days.

Upon request, you can opt for our partner Courier that we arranged to pick up your return at your door step.

  1. Email us at enquiry@dayday.sg first to check if a return is necessary
    We will arrange a pick up from your shipping address.
  2. Securely pack your merchandise and invoice in an appropriate sized poly-mailer of your choice (you may also re-use the original package if possible)
  3. Within 3 business days, the courier will drop by to pick up your returns. If no one is available to pass the returns to the courier on the first attempt, the courier will contact you and arrange a pick-up time frame for a second attempt.

Please allow 1 week from the return ship date for the package to reach our facility.
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that your exchange item has been received and the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If your return is being approved, a refund via store credit only with the amount after deducting SGD4 for the Courier service will be processed within 3 business days.
